Online Purchase of Products/Services
Orders for IBPSA products and services can be placed through the IBPSA website. These online transactions are made via a secure server that utilizes data encryption. Purchasing information, including email addresses, is not shared with any third parties. User purchasing information that is collected is used to check the user’s qualifications and bill the user for products and services. IBPSA also uses the information to send the user information about IBPSA.

Membership Applications
Applications for IBPSA membership can be submitted through the IBPSA website. These transactions are made via a secure server that utilizes data encryption.

IBPSA regularly distributes e-newsletters to members via email. The Association also may occasionally send email announcements to IBPSA members regarding new IBPSA products, services, and information. These email messages may be sent to website visitors who have provided an email address and have indicated a desire to receive such announcements.

All broadcast e-newsletters and email messages give individuals the ability to “opt out” of receiving similar future IBPSA email announcements. Email addresses collected from members and/or through the IBPSA website are not sold to third parties.

IBPSA uses cookie technology for certain features of this website. The site includes session cookies for members-only and discussion-forum sections, as well as for the sections where IBPSA products and services are offered for sale. These session cookies are temporary files that self-terminate either when the user closes the Web browser, or at an expiration date.

Service Announcements
It may be necessary for IBPSA to send users a service-related announcement for situations, such as a temporary suspension of service. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications.

Shipping Policy
All IBPSA products are online downloads which are typically immediately available for download and/or delivered via email upon completion of your online order. If you created an account when you ordered, you can also check your order status online by logging into your account.

Refund Policy
Membership refunds and cancellation: IBPSA makes all efforts to ensure satisfaction with membership purchases. Refunds for a membership will be provided within 3 business days of the reception of payment for a new or renewing member, expect for memberships purchased in conjunction with conference and/or educational programs. Due to the large discount provided to members no refund will be provided.

After 3 business days, no refunds will be made available for membership purchases. Requests for refunds in membership must be emailed to membership@ibpsa.com. Membership can be cancelled at any time by requesting such cancellation in an email to membership@ibpsa.com. Any membership cancellations that take place more than 3 business days after purchase of a membership will not receive any refunds, however all membership-related listings, benefits, and values will be cancelled.

Merchandise Refunds: No refunds will be made on downloadable products purchased in IBPSA’s online store.
